First, Orders Process

Orders typically process within 2 business days, which includes payment authorization, pulling, packing and shipping your items. 

Then, Orders Ship!

All Orders now qualify for FREE SHIPPING and have a transit time of 5 to 7 business days after order processing.


Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). 

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we do.

How do I track my package? 
You will receive an email once your order is processed and a tracking number is assigned. 


If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days. We will assist you in working with the carrier. We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
